The idea of making a cartoon to look at human and leadership situations was inspiring to me. The fact that you never see the “Boss” makes you create your own character.
People who work with me say that I have the ability to make them laugh even when they are living tough times. The result is they have more creativity and a greater ability to think out of the box.
My journey as a corporate trainer and coach have showed me the need to humanize (H2H) the organization. Of course, we are hired for the results we can provide but what about the person behind the results? Do you or the organization take care of this aspect?
This weekly cartoon is based on my twenty years experience in the corporate world – the good, the bad, the ugly.
